Patrik graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports of Comenius University, Bratislava. He used to do fighting sports, later he played football – he has experience from the highest youth categories and is still an active player. Patrik will prepare a balanced training plan for you, using functional trainings, TRX, bosu and exercise ball. He specialises in body building and shaping, body fat loss, elimination of functional disorders and muscle imbalances. He will also advise you about a healthy diet and selection of suitable food supplements.
