Oľga Kunáková

Oľga is a student at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports of Comenius University in Bratislava, specializing in sport for your health and physical education teacher. She specializes in the general development of motor skills and skills through co-ordination exercises. She is interested in aerobic and anaerobic sports. She does paddle boarding, windsurfing, athletics and used to do martial arts K1 in which she was the Vice master of Slovakia. She holds first degree training in fitness, bodybuilding and power trilogy. She is a fan of exercising with own body weight, using different balancing aids. She loves movement and sport is a lifestyle for her. She will welcome you with optimism and a smile.
