Monika Vránová

Monika is a qualified level 2 fitness trainer. Sport has been a part of her life since her childhood. She used to play volleyball at competition level and she has been an active horse rider since she was 12. Monika has been doing bodybuilding and fitness for more than 10 years. When working with her clients, she mainly focuses on weight reduction, body shaping and strengthening, gaining muscle mass and also enhancing physical fitness level. She also specializes in exercises for pregnant women and women after giving birth. She focuses mainly on bodyweight exercises, functional cardio and circuit training, but naturally also on exercises with weights and equipment. She will prepare a tailor-made training and diet plan for you based on your goals, requirements and health condition. Motto: “Those who want, look for ways; those who don´t want, look for reasons.”
