How do I approach clients: My main objective is to create correct fundaments for any kind of exercise or conditioning clients are interested in. We begin with FMS diagnostics, where clients get basic information about their musculoskeletal system. After diagnostics Program will be designed right for their needs. I can be helpful with weight reduction, body forming, muscle mass gain, erasing muscular disbalances and with backpain. During training we are using modern tools as expander, aquahit, TRX, BOSU, kettlebell with emphasis on correct form. My will be advised about lifestyle and healthy eating habits. Massages and martial arts are also part of my inventory
