sweet potatoes with avocado dip
Ingredients for avocado dip:

- ½ cup of greek yoghurt
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 lime
- 2 teaspoons of ground coriander
- 2 tablespoons of water
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 400 g sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into small squares
- 250 g potatoes, peeled and cut into small squares
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt
- ¾ cup of black beans (cooked or tinned)
- 4 stripes of bacon
