Hazelnut chocolate salted caramels

Ingredients for 12 caramels:
- 14 dates, pitted
- 75 ml coconut milk
- 75ml coconut oil, melted
- ¼ tbs sea salt, plus sea salt flakes for decoration
- 1 vanilla bean
- 12 raw hazelnuts
- Coconut flour for dusting
- 25g coconut oil
- 25g quality cocoa powder
- 2tsp coconut crystals
