Chia pudding – healthy breakfast, desert or snack

Ingredients for 6 servings:
- ¾ cup chia seeds
- 2 (400ml) cans coconut milk
- 90 g unflavoured protein powder
- 2 tblsp. agave syrup
- 1 ½ cup strawberries
Directions:
The preparation is very simple. Mix everything together and stir well, put the pudding mixture in 6 bowls/containers and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours and afterwards… you can enjoy! 🙂 Macros per 1 serving:- Calories: 391
