Do you like wraps in all kinds of variations but at the same time you are worried about their impact on your body and health? Many people prepare wraps from wheat tortillas, which is not quite ideal choice, if you are trying to watch your weight. Therefore we offer you a healthier option, where you replace the wheat tortilla by omelet. This dish is suitable not only for lunch but as dinner as well.

For the meat filling:
1-2 cloves of garlic
500 g of ground beef
5 pieces of fresh tomatoes (you can also use canned tomatoes, but fresh ones have no added sugar), pour hot water over the fresh tomatoes - it will be easy to peel them
1 tbs soy sauce
100 grams of cheese for grating, for example Cheddar
oregano / basil
sweet red pepper
1 tbs ketchup
We need only two ingredients for the wraps:
For 5 wraps - 10 pieces of eggs (10 egg whites, 5 egg yolks )
salt according to your taste
Warning: You need very good pan for these “tortillas" , because they easily stick to the pan.
Pour a little bit of olive oil on the pan and fry finely chopped onion. When they are golden brown, add chopped garlic and a few seconds after add also meat. Add salt, pepper, sweet red pepper and bake the meat for a while. Pour hot water over the tomatoes, peel them and then cut them into small pieces and add to the meat. Add soy sauce and 1 tbs of tomato ketchup. Cover and let stew for a while. Then let the water evaporate and wait until you have left just thick mixture. Add herbs such as oregano and spices such as salt and black pepper according to your own preferences.
Meanwhile, we can prepare the egg “tortillas”. Mix 2 egg whites and 1 egg yolk, then add chives, you can add also some salt, if you like. Pour a small drop of olive oil on a hot pan and pour egg mixture. Wait until it gets solid and then flip. Repeat this procedure until you have 5 "tortillas". Grate the cheese and prepare a baking pan with baking paper
Put the meat mixture in each pancake, sprinkle with cheese and roll the wraps. Bake the wraps with cheese in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
