How do I approach Clients:
Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or sex. If you are breathing, you are capable enought to start with yoga. In my classes, we are focused on achieving the greatest possible mobility with taking care of range of motion and safety. Yoga, taht I am learning is not purely about flexibility and mobility, it is also about strength. I do believe, that by adding activation exercises is possible to gain better asana possitions. My goal is to help my clients right in front of limits han in hand with good feeling. Yoga is not about succesfull rach for your toes, it is about learning during the journey
