Richard is a qualified 1st level fitness and body-building trainer. He had been actively involved in football for 10 years and played against the top European teams. He has suffered a severe knee injury that led him to training at the gym. Through rehabilitation he fell in love with strength training and healthy lifestyle. He changed football for natural bodybuilding in which he came second in Men´s Physique Slovakia competition. He shows you how to eat properly to achieve your goal.
