As a former sprinter, she focuses on fitness and functional trainings, trainings aimed at strength development, dynamics enhancement and body mobility improvement. In addition to common trainings focusing on body shaping and fat reduction, she has experience also with box and pilates. Of course, she also prepares diet plans based on the individual needs of her clients.
