Horseback riding became Jana's 1st sport passion. She took part in many races. During her studies in college, she had a part time job in a fitness studio, which opened doors for her towards new awesome sport named „fitness“. She was working as a trainer of many group lessons and also as a personal trainer. She is a graduate of Peter Stach´s training course ( He was the 1st Champion of Europe of the former Czecho-Slovakia.). The running became Jana´s 3rd hobby. She doesn’t have any problem to run half marathon nor Spartan Race. She is glad to pass her positive energy and good mood on you during personal trainings. She mainly focuses on weight reduction, back pain relief, training with your own body weight, body shaping and yoga. She will gladly design for you custom-made diet and exercise plan, because there are no results without them! Her motto: "If you think, you don´t have any energy anymore, you still have three times more energy, than you think!"
