Fanda has been active in sports since 8 years old when he started practising martial arts Taekwon-do and Judo. When he was 20 years old, he added kick box and a classic fitness training with weights and own body weight. In 2012 he qualified as a fitness instructor and started to train other future fitness trainers. Fanda offers group or individual sessions. He offers you a different training types according to your fitness goals. He can also prepare you for martial arts and help you with your meal plan.
