We have prepared for you a snack that is not only tasty but also easy to prepare and full of vitamins beneficial for your health. Enjoy our guacamole 'sauce'! The foundation in this recipe is an avocado. Avocado has many favourable characteristics such as a high protein content, concentration promoting, alleviation of the menstrual pain, stimulation of red blood cells creation and it helps to fight the obesity as well.
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 large tomato
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 large onion
- salt and pepper
- (a few larger carrot and cucumber)
Peel avocado, garlic and onion and chop them and tomatoes into small cubes (as small as possible). Mix everything together well. Add salt and pepper according to your own taste. Afterwards, mash everything with a fork and mix it together again. Remember to drizzle guacamole with lemon juice, otherwise it might get black. And that's it! Instead of with chips or nachos, you can enjoy the guacamole with pieces of cucumber and carrots.
