Chia pudding - healthy breakfast, desert or snack

Are you looking for a tasty and healthy breakfast, dessert or a snack? Get inspired! The preparation of this delicacy takes just 5 minutes and you can prepare it for a few days ahead. It can last in the fridge up to 4 days. :)

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • ¾ cup chia seeds
  • 2 (400ml) cans coconut milk
  • 90 g unflavoured protein powder
  • 2 tblsp. agave syrup
  • 1 ½ cup strawberries

Directions:

The preparation is very simple. Mix everything together and stir well, put the pudding mixture in 6 bowls/containers  and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours and afterwards… you can enjoy! :)
