5 great tips for a delicious breakfast

The right breakfast is the foundation of a successful day. We have prepared for you few tips to start your day with great taste and lot of energy.

Breakfast with pears, oats and nuts


Mix the following ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup of oat flakes soaked overnight in 1/3 cup of almond milk
  • 1 small chopped pear
  • handful of sliced strawberries
  • 1 tbsp pistachios
  • edible flowers

Breakfast with berries, rye bread and nuts


Proceed as follows:

  • cut into strips 1 slice of rye bread
  • add a handful of raspberries and / or a handful of black currant
  • 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon pistachios

Breakfast with kiwi, cereals and chia seeds



  • 1/3 cup of cereal
  • 1 sliced kiwi
  • 1/2 red grapefruit
  • 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds

Breakfast with rice, vegetables and eggs


We will need:

  • 1/4 cup of cooked black rice
  • 1 cup shiitake mushrooms
  • small handful of stewed beans
  • 1/2 chopped avocado
  • 1 fried egg
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Breakfast with oatmeal, melon and chia seeds


Mix the following ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup oatmeal or bran soaked overnight in 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • 1/2 cup diced melon
  • handful of black currant
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
